Our very own Cumberland Ballroom offers flexible seating for up to 80 people and table arrangements for workshops, seminars, lectures or other presentations. The room has adjustable lighting, excellent acoustics, a movable podium, and other conveniences. We can help you plan for catered food service with anything from a light continental breakfast to a full-course dinner. The Cumberland Ballroom is also an excellent location for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, office socials, and other special events.
Ballroom Rental Fee Schedule:
Ballroom Rental Fee................$100 up to 30 people, $200 up to 50 people, $300 more than 50 people (rental fee covers linens and equipment)
Bar Set-up (for beer & wine)...$50
Staffing Fee...........................15% of total food costs
