Our very own Cumberland Ballroom offers flexible seating for up to 80 people and table arrangements for workshops, seminars, lectures or other presentations. The room has adjustable lighting, excellent acoustics, a movable podium, and other conveniences. A screen and projector is available by advance request.

We can help you plan for catered food service with anything from a light continental breakfast to a full-course dinner. The Cumberland Ballroom is also an excellent location for wedding receptions, rehearsal dinners, birthdays, anniversaries, office socials, and other special events.

Ballroom Rental Fee Schedule:

Ballroom Rental Fee................$100 up to 25 people, $200 up to 50 people, $300 more than 50 people (includes tables and chairs)

Bar Set-up (for beer & wine)...$50

Meal service.................prices range from $8.50 per person to $21.50 per person, depending on your meal selection. (All of our menu pricing includes linens, napkins, flatware, glasses, coffee, tea and water.)

Staffing Fee...........................20% of total food costs
