Our handsome full-size roomette on the front-east side of the building is a quaint and cozy space - perfect for someone traveling alone. The large windows not only provide a bird's eye view of downtown Cowan, but also make the room feel open and inviting. The oriental-style décor is a unique mixture of dark red and light grey colors with an antique iron bed. The spacious bathroom features an original clawfoot bathtub from the "Old Hotel", and an antique dual-faucet sink in the guestroom, just like the original layout. This room also features individual heat and air controls along with a telephone and cable television.

This room is named for Laura Pearson Garner, the Innkeeper's older sister who happens to own Sernicola's restaurant, another downtown Cowan landmark.

Room 205 is temporarily not being sold.
